Delivery Schedule and Shipping Charges

Tax

VAT (Value Added Tax) also know as Purchase Tax or Sales Tax.

VAT at 17.5% is added to the product price and any shipping charge for orders from any European Union (EU) country and the Channel Islands*.

VAT can be excluded if you are eligible at the time of purchase and if you provide your VAT Registration number.

* Channel Island customers can request VAT excemption without a VAT registraion number.

Shipping Charges

Dalaco policy is to delivery to your business address (normally your Invoice address) not the address of your customer.

If you need your order delivered to one of your business addresses which is not your Invoice address you can specify this in the Special Delivery Instructions or advise us by Email: sales@dalaco.co.uk

United Kingdom and Channel Island addresses:

- Free for orders of GBP295 or more (before VAT)
- GBP6.00 for orders less than GBP295 (before VAT)

European Union (EU) addresses (not UK):

- Free for orders of GBP400 or more (before VAT) – No VAT if VAT Registration number given.
- GBP30 for orders less than GBP400 (before VAT) – No VAT if VAT Registration number given.

Shipping charges to non-EU addresses:

- Free for orders of GBP400 or more
- GBP30 for orders less than GBP400

Despatch & Transit Times

We aim to despatch all orders by the fifth day following receipt of order (weekends and public holidays excluded).
For very large orders (100+ products) it can take longer.

EU addresses
Transit times normally vary from 2 to 7 days (weekends & holidays excluded) depending on delivery address.

Non-EU addresses
Transit times normally vary from 4 to 14 days (weekends & holidays excluded) depending on delivery address.

Christmas deliveries

From October to Christmas please allow up to 14 days in addition to the periods mentioned above.

To get your Christmas stock you are strongly advised to order before October.
